This is an ideal sauce to go with Thai fish cakes - or any other Thai food you'd like to dip!
Ingredients - This is what you'll need:
100ml vinegar,
200g sugar,
20g grated carrot,
20g grated cucumber,
10g grated onion, and
1 crushed (or finely chopped) chilli of your choice - 1 habanero works really well!
Directions:
1. Heat the vinegar in a pan
2.
Melt the sugar in the vinegar and boil for 2 minutes
3. Pour the liquid over the grated carrot, grated cucumber, grated onion and crushed chilli
4. Leave to cool
