My latest offering is to commemorate the end of the world! Best used before time runs out. It is of course Mexican in its flavourings of Mexican Lime and Yucatan Habanero. With a long burn from the habanero to last til the end of time. Enough of the Mayan puns but seriously this is one tasty sauce and worth experiencing.

It can be used as a table condiment as in Mexico or added to salsas and stews. It also works well in Southern Indian curries where a fruity heat is required. Its at the top end of hot so care should be taken. Enjoy!
