This sauce has been a long time in the making. My youngest son Wilf has been asking to make a sauce that he and his friends can use all the time.

Here it is finally and it is totally delicious. Not very hot as we have used the New Mexico Red chilli but with tomatoes and soya sauce it has a very Umami flavour that kids love.

Think of it as ketchup with a twist or has that description been used before? This one however has chilli in it. splash it on all over!
