Product Description

Ras El Hanout is a popular spice blend across North Africa. The name means 'top of the shop' in Arabic which refers to a mixture of the best spices the shop has to offer.

This spice blend is great rubbed onto lamb and added to tagine. Also nice stirred into couscous and rice.
