How to describe this totally extreme product? Its not a sauce as such and its not an extract either. But has elements of both. The strong tangerine flavour cuts through the extracts natural bitterness and adds a fruity sweetness that always reminds me of xmas and xmas stockings. This is only for the dedicated and can be used in numerous recipes where a fruityness and a splash of chilli are needed. Cakes for instance. A couple of drops in a sponge cake or a fruit cake lifts the flavour and adds a much needed slug of chilli. Its only a small bottle but at 3Mshu a little bit goes a long, long way.
