Previously called Tasmanian Devil, this is a gold award winning fruit/habanero sauce which we have been making for many a year. A wide range of fruits a lot of mango and a hell of a lot of habanero make this sauce one of our tastiest. It can be used as an extreme cooking sauce (roll over Lloyd Grossman) or a condiment with all sorts of things. Its the closest we get to a sweet chilli sauce. It will bring a big smile to your face at 7/10.
