This is a yummy thai paste but we have left out the fish sauce as a lot of people dont like it. Which makes it one of the only vegetarian thai green pastes on the market. We have also kept it mild so it can be used to make a stirfry for the family. More chilli can be added to boost its heat if required. We recommend a dash of naga bih jolokia for very hot or a few long thai chillis for hot.  Contains lots of spices, lime leaves and coriander a little goes a long way when blended with coconut milk. Its a 2/10 on the heat scale and heated by a little of the long thai chilli.
